Oh I am not sure if I am a PR guru or anything but my cousin is and I am brain storming with her.  . . As I said before I love your food and I want you to be successful with it!  I feel successful today. . . At this rate, I should be about to reach 132 by the end of April no problem and ENJOY DOING IT!!!

I should have told you – I talked to him on Saturday.  He is VERY happy with the program and trying to get his partner on board with it!  All good!

Gourmet on the Go is a gem of a company.  I had major surgery and a friend gave me a week of meals.  I had friends and family also offering me food and help.  Gourmet on the go worked with me and my needs, scheduling food when I'd be alone needing help and skipping the days when I had friends helping me.  They did what they said they'd do and did it efficiently, on time and very professionally.  I was impressed.

I was more impressed with the meals they delivered.  Some of it sounded too healthy.  I was recovering from surgery, not on a diet.  But my surgery was eliminating my work-outs and sports activities for a few months, so I was nervous about gaining weight.  So the dietetary aspect of meals by Gourmet on the Go were welcomed though unexpected.  Gourmet on the Go provided me with five, I repeat five,  scrumptous, oral delights for each day I ordered  their service. And I even lost weight.... yes... I had five meals... five goodies a day.. and I lost weight with no exercize!  Now I had been real nervous about the surgery and I'm deep into comfort food... so maybe I pigged out a bit.  But Gourmet on the Go gave me potatoes and pasta and I still lost weight!!  I've never lost weight and had meals that were interesting, tasted good, and included carbs.
